Last Fridays home workout burned really good in the glutes so i thought you might like to try it out! You don’t need any equipment and not a lot of space. I did in my living room (it’s a very small apartment)  with only a chair to step up on.

Abs and ass body weight workout

Circuit 1 x2

15 Squat

20 Commando (go from hands to elbows in a plank)

20 step ups

Circuit 2 x2

30 Mountain climbers

10 Burpees

30 Ab bikes

20 Jump lunges

Do each exercise directly after the other and rest only for 1-2 minutes when every circuit is completed.
